The Zone lounge and coffee bar provides a safe and friendly environment for young people and adults to find advice and support, engage in informal and non formal learning opportunities or join interest groups in order to promote emotional health and well being. Room hire available.
Through the provision of 1-2-1 mentor support and small group activities young people develop the confidence, motivation and skills that they need to unlock their potential and make positive changes in their lives.
Family Psychology Solutions:
Family Psychology Solutions is here for anyone who is struggling with family breakdown – children, parents, grandparents. We are also here for adults who realise their childhood family life is having an impact on their well-being or relationships. We mainly work with high conflict and acrimonious family breakdown. Our focus is on establishing and maintaining healthy post-separation family relationships through therapeutic support and intervention.
We also work with professionals who support families. If you are a family support organisation, Local Authority, school, social worker, mediator, mental health provider, family court adviser or Court appointed guardian – you may find our range of services helpful. We offer case consultation, training and CPD (including British Psychological Society approved training), clinical supervision and expert assessment for the Family Court.
As a social enterprise, we are committed to providing affordable, appropriate, accessible interventions and support. Our compassionate approach brings high quality specialist psychological input to those who need it most – children and families in crisis.

Elemental 4 :
I am a qualified counsellor with experience of working with children and adults. I have been a volunteer at Ty Elis Counselling Service, and YCS counselling and I am currently a volunteering at Mental Health Matters in Bridgend. I have worked with people suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, historical domestic abuse and trauma.
I am trained to teach Mindfulness to children and adults and have experience of teaching in a workplace setting and a school setting. I have taught children and adults Mindfulness individually and in group/class settings.
I have practised Reiki for six years and I am in the process of working from home where I hope to integrate Reiki with counselling if and when suited to my clients needs.

Drive is an innovative registered charity providing specialist support across South East Wales to people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, complex health needs, dementia and people who can challenge services.
Drive provides 24 hour supported living services, or targeted support to those living with families or on their own. We also have a respite care facility, a horticultural project and a variety of community initiatives.
Established in 1983, Drive has grown to work in partnership with five local authorities; Rhondda Cynon Taff, Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, and Neath Port Talbot.
We currently employ 600 staff and support over 250 people. Drive’s uniqueness lies in our participative culture. We believe that the involvement of service users, families and staff in the planning and delivery of services is crucial to the effectiveness of our support. Athritis Care :
Athritis Care is here to make sure that people with arthritis in Wales have all of the support and information they need to live well with their condition, as well as to ensure the needs of people with arthritis are a priority with policymakers in Wales. Arthritis Care Wales runs a number of different services for people of all ages with arthritis, ranging from activity sessions for young people to practical support and information for those with arthritis. These include:
Community Hubs: to increase awareness and self-management of arthritis. Working alongside community groups and health and social care professionals, our trained volunteers provide face-to-face contact at local drop-in points giving people with arthritis access to information and
Beyond Limits: A Children in Need funded project delivered in partnership with University Hospital of Wales Cardiff. Providing emotional support and peer support opportunities for children and young people with juvenile arthritis across South, Mid and West Wales.
As well as information drop in sessions we will be delivering workshops including pain management, transition, sleep training, and sex and relationships as well as activities to reduce isolation including family days, friendship groups, activity weekends and secure groups on social media.
